It’s look as if the New England Revolution will finally be wrapping up their signing of Danish striker Rajko Lekic this week. Danish media are reporting that Lekic will be traveling to the U.S. Embassy in Copenhagen on Wednesday before heading to Foxboro on Friday to have a medical ahead of his move.

New England have pursued Lekic for several weeks now and look set to complete the deal which looked unlikely only a week ago. Lekic did not feature in Silkeborg’s weekend match against Brondby, fueling new speculation that a deal was close to being completed.

Bold.dk are also reporting that Lekic has agreed to a 3-year contract with New England.
